God created our small universe approximately 13.8 billion years ago. Life began with an unimaginable form of density and heat in a single point of singularity before which time and space did not exist. The primeval atom was formed.

All was good.
Our universe began the great expansion. The heat cooled and subatomic particles formed. And then atoms and then hydrogen, helium and lithium formed.

All was good.
Gravitational forces brought the elements together forming stars and galaxies. 2 trillion galaxies each with 100 million to 100 trillion stars.

All was good.

4 and a half billion years ago our earth formed. 3.7 billion years ago microscopic life formed on earth.

All was good.

Cyanobacteria absorbed the sun, drank water and created oxygen. 800 million years ago sponges formed. Then followed fish and land plants and amphibians and trees and reptiles and mammals and dinosaurs. Then birds and flowering plants and primates. And then the dinosaurs left us 70 million years ago. We pay homage to all creatures big and small who came before us.

All was good.
3 million years ago a variety of hominids appeared, but not humans. Humans first appeared 300,000 years ago in Africa, with brains as large or larger than ours.

200,000 years ago humans looked like us. 100,000 years ago human brain shape looked like our brains. 70,000 years ago we brown skinned humans walked out of Africa. 50,000 years ago we created language. 45,000 years ago we rowed canoes to Australia.

They were us. They were nomads.

All was good.
12,000 years ago about 7 million human nomads lived peacefully with the land and sea.

For 280,000 years we walked the Earth and shared the Earth equitably with all other creatures.

All was good.
2000 years ago we became 250 million farmers. We became slaves to wheat, corn and potatoes. Spending all our time and energy tilling, protecting and cultivating crops and animals. Our time was no longer ours. The crops and animals controlled us. We did not control them. We stopped walking.

Today we are 7 billion people mostly confined to small boxes in massive cities fighting endless new diseases due to over-crowding, paying rents we can't afford with money from jobs we can't wait to leave. We're killing our planet by burning tons of fossils fuels. We punch clocks for jobs we don't enjoy in exchange for weekends to do chores and vacations to escape our self-made prisons.
The Church of The Nomadic Spirt is here to remind you of the 100s of 1000s of years when your ancestors walked the earth free.
We are here to remind you of what you have forgotten yet yearn to remember. It's your life to live the way you want to live it.

The Nomadic Way Guidances

These guidances are yours to take or leave as you see fit. If you connect with one hold it close. If one doesn't resonate, let it go.
The only universal requirement of our church is to live and let live. If a person is hurting no other people, let them live.

Ours is never to judge.
We seek a life of freedom from false societal constructs and false gods created by people.
The land and sea are for all creatures to enjoy and responsibly utilize.
Just as the bird flies, the wind blows and the horse runs free, we embrace the time in millennia where sapiens walked the land and sailed the seas roaming as explorers and nomads.
We make no judgement on how anyone chooses to live their life. Tents, cars, vans, tree houses and any other form of shelter is fine and our right to dwell in. We merely ask for space to live a life of freedom and fluidity as the Universe has endowed us with the will and desire to do so.
Sapiens are but one species of organism sharing Earth with countless other species. We live in harmony with all other earthlings.
We strive for a life of roaming free as our preferred form of existence.
We practice eliminating the need for money. Sharing and trading are our preferred forms of commerce.
We respect private property as long as we are afforded space to live our own quiet, peaceful existence in a manor which suits our needs.
The fewer items we own the freer we become.
We utilize what people have made through reuse, recycling, trading and sharing.

Freedom is truth.

Real truth is hard. Real truth brings physical suffering. But real truth is salvation. Real truth is liberation from the bonds of corporations and social chains.

You either live asleep in a golden cage of lies or you live awake in an open field of truth. One is a prison. The other is freedom.

Judgement is the real enemy.

We are not here to judge. That's not what this is all about. This is about focusing on the goodness, kindness and beauty of all others. That is what we are here to practice.

We can't possibly know enough about another person to judge them. Just accept them, love them and be their friend. That is the real value you bring to the world.
